Delete your LocalTee account
- Sign in to LocalTee (website, iPhone, Mac or Android app).
- On the main screen, tap Account next to your name.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
- You’re signed out and returned to the sign-in screen. Your account is gone.
This can’t be undone. Deleting your account removes your history and stats for good. If you sign in again later you’ll start a brand-new, empty account.
What gets deleted
- Your account record: name, email, plan, stats and round history.
- Every play, shot, launch-monitor and usage record linked to your account.
- Any bug or course-problem reports you sent.
- Your launch-monitor pairing code.
- Your sign-in record with Firebase (Google’s sign-in service).
- The history and any round in progress stored on the device you deleted from.
What takes a little longer
- Backups: our routine database backups hold older copies. Server copies are deleted automatically after 14 days; older offsite copies are cleared out manually on a rolling basis. We never restore a deleted account.
- Server logs that include IP addresses are cleared after about 10 days.
- Sign in with Apple: to also remove LocalTee from your Apple ID, go to Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple > LocalTee > Stop Using Apple ID.
Can’t sign in, or want us to do it?
Email support@golfsimpleapp.com from the address on your account, or tell us which sign-in you used, and we’ll delete the account for you within 30 days.
Guest play isn’t linked to a name or email, so there’s no account to delete. If you want guest activity removed, email us.
